Get all signatures x1.0

Get the electronic signatures you can read, newest first: every signature of the organizations you administer (directly or through a headquarter), and the signatures of the projects you collaborate on when you hold the digital signature read permission on them.

Query params

Parameter Type Mandatory Description
page integer no The current page (by default 1).
limit integer no Number of signatures per page, between 1 and 100 (by default 30).
organization_id string (uuid) no Only return the signatures of this organization. It must be an organization you have access to.

Errors

Status When
403 organization_id refers to an organization you don't have access to
422 Invalid organization_id or limit (not between 1 and 100)

Signature fields

Field Type Description
id string (uuid) Signature UUID.
name string Name of the signature, as set by its author.
type string or null Type of contract document, see Signature types. Null when not specified.
status string Progress of the signature, see Signature statuses.
project_id string (uuid) UUID of the project the signature belongs to.
organization_id string (uuid) or null UUID of the organization the signature was created in, null when unknown.
created_at string (ISO 8601 datetime) Creation date.
updated_at string (ISO 8601 datetime) Date of the last change.
finished_at string (ISO 8601 datetime) or null Date the signing process ended, null while it is in progress.

Signature types

Value Description
engagement_act Tender (acte d'engagement).
endorsement Contract amendment formalizing a change in scope, price or timeline after the original contract was signed (avenant).
class_service Work order (ordre de service).
works_market Work package contract (marché par lots).
common_parts Multi-party contract (marché commun).
scp Special conditions of the contract: public procurement document defining the conditions specific to a given contract (CCP, cahier des clauses particulières).
other Any other document.

Signature statuses

Value Description
draft Being prepared, not sent to the signers yet.
pending Sent, waiting for the signers.
signed Signed by every signer, not closed yet.
completed Closed, the signing process is over.
refused Refused by a signer.
expired Expired before being signed.
